Cancellation policy
We value both your time and ours, we kindly request 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
Missed appointments (no-shows) will require a 50% deposit to secure future bookings.
Guests arriving 15 minutes or more late may forfeit their appointment, as we may no longer have adequate time to provide your service without affecting other scheduled guests.
